If you are an Ohio Medicaid recipient, your transportation through Ray Way is typically covered at no cost to you. We bill Ohio Medicaid directly for eligible trips. To confirm your eligibility, please get in touch with us at Info@raywaytransportation.com, and we’ll verify your coverage before your first trip.
We ask that you schedule your ride at least 2–3 business days in advance to ensure availability. For recurring appointments, we recommend setting up a standing schedule so you’re always covered. For urgent situations, call us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
